Again, woke up at 6 today. -sigh- but today we signed out of our hotel in Campbellton and drove up to Moncton, where we're staying tonight. One last shot of the bridge from our room in the hotel, because it's that pretty. (: The area we stayed at in Campbellton wasn't much but at least we did have a pretty good time. ;D but BRRR it's definitely colder in the morning. But half the problem was probably because I wore a tank with a sweater over. But it's still cold with the sweater and the sun high up in the sky. Facing the sun only helps warm you up a bit. But yeah, checked out hotel and left at 7:30am.

I took a 4 hour nap. *0* it was good. (: I was going to mention this yesterday but I didn't because I didn't have a picture to explain what I meant. I didn't think that I explained it clearly... and it's still a bit unclear but whatever. But yeah, there's one thing I thought was cool! They're doing a bit of construction on roads so there was pretty much only one lane for cars going both ways to cross. So what they did was at the beginning and the end of the construction, they'd hold a sign with STOP and GO and they'd have a walkie talkie i'm guessing to talk to the other side. So both sides take turn going (the cars) and I'm guessing the construction people on each side tell the other person on the other side how many cars are going through so the other side can cross after the last car on one side.... does that make sense? Oh well.

After, around 11:30, we turned to Shediac, where they sell good lobsters and it's all about lobsters. LOL. Of course, to get more information we turned into an information center, and in there, there was like... the world's largest lobster! Statue. XD There were also souvenir shops as well. I saw this "magic t-shirt" that's black and white but when exposed to sun light or light(?), the colours come out. Also saw a lot of lobster related souvenirs. Pen with lobster claws that clams when you click something, pen with mini lobsters in the water thing. This cute half cup, more cups, shirts, postcards, and etc. I ALSO SAW THIS DIGUSTINGLY LARGE ISH SPIDER! Yuck. ): aside from the spider, there were also a lot of mosquitoes. D: -cries- But we got our information on where to buy and eat lobsters and also some activies you can do in Shediac that we never did. P:

So we went to a place where we paid $2. It had a fish market and these lobster dine-in restaurant things. But I mean... Lobsters taste better when it's dinner. Anyway, we're going to eat lobster dinner when we go to PEI tomorrow. In restaurant at least. My parents bought a ready cooked lobster at the fish market. when they were inside buying, I saw a seagull. The awesome part was that it had a crab in its beak! ;o I was like "OMGA!" I don't think it dropped it... Not even sure if the crab was alive or not. I didn't see it moving. Or maybe it was and I didn't see. Heh. And as we were coming in and going out of the area, I saw a... I think it was a heron. Long straight beak, long neck, long legs... anyway, we left the $2 area at 12:30. (pst, i saw this swing at someone's cottage and there were stuffed bears on it! so cute~)

Looking around the restaurants on the streets, we picked a Viet-Chinese-Thai-Canadian food buffet called Vinh's Wok Buffet. The food was okayy. There weren't a lot of things you could eat though, it's pretty much the same things over and over again. Everyday. Or so I think it's the same everyday. But whatever, the foods were edible and pretty good either way. (:

At 1:30, we set off again to where we're staying tonight, Moncton, New Brunswick. Just to check in. I'm hoping the internet here is a lot better than it was at Howard Johnson. I mean it IS Comfort Inn. :/ Comfort Inn is good right? :'D well it seems better since it's cabled.

3:45, after checking in the hotel and making reservations for tomorrow night in PEI, we left the hotel and headed over to Magnetic Hill. Apparently it' really famous in Moncton. I heard you drive down the hill to the bottom and when you get to the bottom, you put your car on neutral, relax and you'll slowly go back up. Sounds fun, yes? So we tried it and... well. |: it was fun. XD but it as a bit disappointing to be honest. The setting wasn't very good and it was really short. :/ the person told us the secret to the magnetic hill and I found it... LOOOL I don't even know how I found it. I won't tell the secret because who knows if you guys want to go or not? Or if you want to search it up then go ahead. P: but honestly, it was slightly disappointing. AT LEAST WE GOT TO EAT BEAVER TAIL~

We went downtown but I guess there weren't a lot of things, but dad parked and mom and I got out the car to go for a walk. Dad slept in the car, but without knowing, the building beside where we parked was Moncton's City Hall! And from what I hear, from 8-4:30 until Friday, you can sign some condolence thing for Jack Layton there. (: I think my dad said we can sign it tomorrow morning before we go to PEI, but I'm not sure if he's joking or not. Heh. P: to be honest, I think I like Moncton's city hall statue compared to Toronto's. But the City Hall building in Toronto looked better, just saying. @__@; when we drove up to a church, dad got out to take a picture of it. The church was built in 1891, if I remember correctly. There was a homeless man, and he spoke to my dad. But I'm not sure if he was speaking French or English. :/ but my dad was like "ignore him" and I think I heard the an say "sir..." but the main point is that I felt bad. ;A;

Did you know the water in New Brunswick is red? Well, not all the water. Pretty much the river water. ;o or wherever the dirt is. Reason being is because the dirt in New Brunswick is red. I actually think it's pretty cool! But I guess it's considered dirt? :/ but it still looks cool! 8D you don't see something like that very often. Then my parents metioned the yellow river in China. Ahehehehehehe. e also happened to see a mall nearby so we went. It was pretty big. ._. and apparently new too. According to my mother. (: but really, lol. After leaving Ontario, it's so rare to see Asian people. I managed to see a few, but REALLY rare to see them. I felt like we were always being looked at as if they've never seen asians. LOOL I'm kidding.

7:30, getting a bit hungry so we went back to our hotel to eat the ready cooked lobsters we bought earlier today! ;D it.... LOL was watery inside. |: but i guess it's still good. LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMORROW'S!!! The lobsters weren't much, so we also ate a salad we bought and cup noodles. Yes. CUP NOODLES.
&THAT, concludes today.
Jacqueline out.
